Harsh Shringla, India’s Foreign Secretary, went on to say that the QUAD grouping has India’s full and unwavering support. According to him, India is a trustworthy partner in the global supply chain and has earned widespread praise from other leaders for providing vaccines to 70 countries through the Vaccine Maitri initiative. QUAD member countries have developed three working groups: vaccine implementation, essential infrastructure, and environment. “These are articles of faith for India,” Foreign Secretary Harsh Shringla said, adding that India looks forward to being a part of the three working groups.
