Heat can be transferred to the periphery of the secondary cooling system or to other liquids.While proper liquid cooling is required to transfer heat,air cooling is not sufficient during cooling modules or power electronics. Liquid cold plate provides 4 times better cooling in comparison with that offered by equal mass of air. The liquid cooling system consists of a pump,heat exchange,connecting tube and cold plate, which can replace the space-consuming heat sink and fan.
