Anti-COVID vaccine’s second dose to administer from Feb second week: Government

According to Union Health Ministry, the anti-COVID-19 vaccine’s second dose will be administered from February 13th Feb. The vaccine is reported to be administered to the healthcare workers to fight against the novel coronavirus.

The Union Health Ministry, on Thursday reviewed the novel COVID-19 pandemic situation in the nation, stating forty-seven districts with no fresh coronavirus cases in last three weeks.

Addressing at a Press Conference in Delhi, the Union Health Secretary, Rajesh Bhushan stated that India’s coronavirus’ total positivity rate is 5.42 percent, and it is ceaselessly declining. Covid-19’s positivity rate a week ago was at 1.82 percent. Only Maharashtra and Kerala are states with seventy percent of the dynamic cases, with account of fresh 35,000 dynamic Covid-19 cases.
